This Blog is about Unix/Linux or the Owner Novell's Legal problems with the SCO Group. SCO Group claims that their intellectual property was being stolen. I think they are jealous and wish they thought up this way to utilize whatever they think they have rights to. Therefore, SCO group just wants their cut of the action, Man. I have include a very shitty URL attachment with the actual court documents with the all the judge's notes too. In Layman's terms on what these documents say is that Novell is the settlement winner as of March 30, 2010.

I started reading everything that came up on the Web about this court issue. I mostly ran up against Wiki crap, which I do not hold accurate or liable. I did a little hacking and found some real public records, which lead to the discovery of the actual court document, thanks to this school’s Law program Software floating around school.
